- 1.2 These terms and conditions may be updated without notice and Coaches Colleague .Com is under no obligation to inform such changes, it is the member's duty to regularly check the Terms and Conditions.
- 1.3 As a member subscribing to this site you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2.0 Description of Service
- 2.1 This site (all pages within coachescolleague.com) contains and provides the member with a detailed collection of information, animations, photos, images and content. To access this service the World Wide Web is required.
- 2.2 Any new additions to the site (be that information, animations, photos, images, text and content) are covered by these Terms and Conditions.
- 2.3 All information is provided ‘As-Is’ and Coaches Colleague takes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any communications or personalization settings.
3.0 Registration Obligations and Personal Details
- 3.1 Upon registering, the member is expected and required to provide true, accurate, current and complete information on the requested forms.
- 3.2 If any of the supplied information changes then the member should update their registration form to ensure it remains correct, updated and true at all times.
- 3.3 Any untrue, incorrect or false information deliberately provided can result in the suspension or the termination of the members subscription.
4.0 Personal Details, Accounts, Passwords and Security
- 4.1 All information gained by Coaches Colleague will be gained voluntarily.
- 4.2 All information that is gained will be kept secure and not passed onto or sold to any outside companies.
- 4.3 Coaches Colleague .Com may gather or keep anonymous information (no personal details or details that can identify a specific individual) to improve site design and layout. Information collected includes site traffic patterns, statistics and sales etc.
- 4.4 You are personally responsible for keeping account details private. Coaches Colleague .Com is not responsible for any information you freely supply to others.
- 4.5 The register of an account is responsible for all actions conducted under that username and account.
- 4.6 It is advised that members do not give out account details in public forums or areas within the site.
- 4.7 You agree to immediately notify Coaches Colleague .Com if your password is lost or used without your authority.
- 4.8 Coaches Colleague .Com is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred by not complying fully with this section.
5.0 Member Conduct
- 5.1 You understand that all information, data, text, animation, software, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Coaches Colleague .Com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit via Coaches Colleague .Com's services. Under no circumstances will Coaches Colleague .Com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, e-mailed, or otherwise transmitted via Coaches Colleague .Com's services.
- 5.2 All members agree to not use the services provided by Coaches Colleague .Com to:
- 5.2.1.upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
- 5.2.2. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Coaches Colleague official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- 5.2.3. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted throughtiple users use a single account to log on then the account will be suspended for 1 week. Every time this occurs thereafter the subscription will be suspended for a further week each time. Once this has occurred 7 times, the username and account will be terminated.
- 5.2.4. upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
- 5.2.5. upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
- 5.2.6. upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation that are designated for such purpose;
- 5.2.7. upload, post, e-mail, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- 5.2.8. interfere with or disrupt Coaches Colleague services or servers or networks connected to Coaches Colleague services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to Coaches Colleague services;
- 5.2.9. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, or any regulations having the force of law;
- 5.2.10. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
- 5.2.11. collect or store personal data about other users. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
- 5.3 You acknowledge and agree that Coaches Colleague .Com may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third- parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Coaches Colleague .Com, its users, and the public.

- 6.1 With respect to all Content you elect to post, upload, input, provide, or submit to Coaches Colleague .Com, you grant Coaches Colleague .Com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
7.0 Payment, Refund, Renewal and Cancellation Policies
- 7.1 The price of subscriptions is inclusive of VAT.
- 7.2 Membership / Subscription begins the day the registration form is completed and is valid for 1 year.
- 7.3 Cancellation of membership can occur at any time but subscription fee is non-refundable after the initial 14 days ‘cooling off’ period.
- 7.4 To cancel the membership email cancel@coachescolleague.com, include within the email; Full name, date of subscription and the reasons for cancellation. If this email is received within 14 days of subscription then a full refund will be issued to the card and account used during registering.
- 7.5 To ensure clarity on what is provided within the site please undertake the tour option before subscribing.
- 7.6 Memberships / Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of the year, unless the you let Coaches Colleague .Com know otherwise.
8.0 Termination, Suspension, General Practices of Use and Storage
- 8.1 Subscription to the site is for a single user, from a single machine. If multiple users use a single account to log on then the account will be suspended for 1 week. Every time this occurs thereafter the subscription will be suspended for a further week each time. Once this has occurred 7 times, the username and account will be terminated.
- 8.2 Ensure you log off after use each time to reduce the risk of being mistaken of multiple use.
- 8.3 You agree that Coaches Colleague, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, username, account (or any part thereof) or use of Coaches Colleague services, and remove and discard any Content within Coaches Colleague services, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Coaches Colleague believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms and Conditions. Coaches Colleague may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing Coaches Colleague services, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
You agree that any termination of your access to Coaches Colleague services under any provision of this Terms and Conditions may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Coaches Colleague may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or Coaches Colleague services. Further, you agree that Coaches Colleague .Com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to Coaches Colleague services. - 8.4 You acknowledge that Coaches Colleague reserves the right to delete accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Coaches Colleague reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
9.0 Modifications of Service
- 9.1 Coaches Colleague .Com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Coaches Colleague .Com services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Coaches Colleague .Com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Coaches Colleague .Com services.
10.0 Resale of Service
- 10.1 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Coaches Colleague's services, use of Coaches Colleague's services, or access to Coaches Colleague's services.

- 11.2 Coaches Colleague does not endorse or control these sites and are therefore can not be held liable for any of their content, and any loss or damage that is incurred directly or indirectly caused through their use.
12.0 Medical Disclaimer

The author and contributors to coachescolleague.com take no responsibility for injuries caused by attempting the exercises presented on this web site. Coachescolleague.com recommends that you or any person you are coaching always learn new exercises under the guidance of a professional and consult your GP before you start. Coachescolleague.com suggests that you or any person you are coaching consult your doctor or physician before undertaking any form of physical activity or exercise.
