Although soccer coaching is not just about organising and conducting soccer drills or coaching sessions, Coaches Colleague appreciates how significant and important an element they are within the coach's role. It is for this reason that the creators of Coaches Colleague have devoted an entire section of the website to coaching drills and seek to ensure that these drills are as innovative, age relevant, ability appropriate, educational and enjoyable as possible.

With over 800 pages, the Sessions section is the largest of the nine sections included within the site. Thus providing a library, of over 550 exercises and sessions, that can be used by any coach to provide their soccer drills with an original, innovative and educational focus. In addition to the vast numbers of coaching drills, each drill is fully animated and accompanied by a detailed explanation. This ensures that the reader cannot just read the information but can also view the exercise unfolding before their eyes - to ensure they fully comprehend the exercise, its objectives and how it should be conducted. The detailed animations are designed to enhance understanding by showing the drills starting position and a successful completion of the coaching drill being undertaken, yet they are also devised in such a way to keep loading times to a minimum and as a result ensuring the users experience is as pleasant and efficient as possible.
