Players with balls stand 5 yards apart. Opposite them are 2 cones 8 yards away. The receiving player stands opposite the ball carriers, in the middle of the cones but just behind them. |

The ball is played in by the first player. The receiving player should begin on the front of their feet, and when the ball is played they must get in line with the pass and present the desired surface. On contact the surface should be relaxed and angle so that the ball goes past the cone to the side of the player. They then move onto the pass and return it back to the passing player. They then return to the middle of the grid to receive a pass from the other server. They must then beat the other cone with their first touch and return the ball back.
