Starting Position

All players begin in the area. A quarter of them have a ball.

Players all move around in area. Those beginning with ball move around with it in their hands. They then serve it into one of the ball-less players. The ball-less players must asses the flight and get in line with it. They then present and relax the desired surface so that the controlled (or laid off first time) and played to the chest of another player moving around the area. The height of the serve depends on what body surface is being worked upon (this can be at the coaches discretion or randomly choose by the server). Receiving player should communicate when they want the ball and also let the next player receiving know. That player then catches and becomes the feeder for another player. Balls should never touch the floor.
