All players should begin in one of the corners. |

Using either a full pitch or half a pitch. They set off along the longer side of the area at a slow pace. Once they reach another corner they sprint until the next corner, where they decrease and return to their original pace. They alternate between slower running along the longer sides and sprinting the shorter lengths. Continue for the desired time or laps.
Factors that determine the intensity of the exercise:
