Key Factors
  1. Correct Running Technique
  2. Evident Change of Pace when required
Starting Position

Players begin at the start of the course, which is the corner of the 6 yard area.

Phase 1

The first person sprints diagonally across the 6 yard box to the opposite corner. They then go around that cone and back up to the goal line before continuing to sprint to the opposite corner, they then return back to the corner they began in.

Phase 2

Slowly jog from the corner of the 6 yard box to the corner of the 18 yard line. Then jog (or jockey) diagonally backwards to the corner of the 6 yard box, once there turn and sprint to the corner of the 18 yard box.

Phase 3

Once at the corner, jog backwards (or jockey) along the 18 yard line back to the goal line. Once in that corner mirror image the latter part of phase 2 to the opposite corner of the 18 yard box.

Phase 4

Once at that corner, jog slowly back to the start, this is the recovery phase before the entire course is attempted again.
