Pass to Spare Player
Key Factors for this Football Session
  1. Front of Feet
  2. Get in Line
  3. Present & Relax Surface
  4. Quality of Pass; Accuracy, Height & Weight
Starting Position

Organise the players into groups of 4. 1 player stands opposite the rest of the group. Of the 3 players 2 should have footballs.

Red Player passes a ball to Blue Player. Blue Player then passes ball back to the ball-less player (Green Player), before receiving the ball from Yellow Player and returning that pass to Red Player. The cycle then continues with Green Player passing to Blue Player and Blue Player passing to Yellow Player. After an allocated time limit swap Blue Player with one of the other players and continue doing so until all players have had a turn. The pass should be of good quality and allow the receiving player to return it first time (unless otherwise decided). They should also not have to move to reclaim a pass but should be on the front of their feet as passes are played.

Vary the foot and surface used to return the pass.
