All players should begin in one of the corners. |

Using either a full pitch or half a pitch. Players begin in one of the corners. They set off along the shorter side of the area at a slow pace. Once they reach another corner they sprint until the next corner, where they decrease and return to their original pace. They alternate between slower running along the shorter sides and sprinting along the longer lengths. Continue for the desired time or laps.
