4 Station Fitness Course: A multi station fitness course to focus on different aspects of an individuals fitness, each is completed one at a time for the desired time limit. View Session
Centre Circle Sprinting: Warm up without a ball to get the player’s used to changing their pace of running. View Session
Continuous Fitness Course: Continous course that is divided into separate stages. View Session
Every Line on Pitch: Exercise to improve a players endurance levels. View Session
Half World Apart: Exercise to improve a player’s ability to observe and react to the movements of another player while in an enclosed area. View Session
Longer Sprinting Intervals: The shorter sides of the area is run slowly while the longer sides are sprinted. View Session
Penalty Area Circuit: Intensive exercise that incorporates different running techniques and speeds. View Session
Shorter Sprinting Intervals: The longer sides of the area is run slowly while the shorter sides are sprinted. View Session
Simple Ladder: Intense exercise that can be used to improve a player’s acceleration. View Session
Straight Cone Sprinting: Sprints that can incorporate turns and occur over different distances. View Session
