Exercise that can used as a warm up, as it focuses on players running.

Circle: Slalom
Key Factors for this Football Session
  1. As Quick as Possible

Starting Position

Players create a circle. With a bit of distance in between them.

First player runs as fast as possible in and out of the other players in the circle. They should get used to getting low and pushing off both feet when changing direction. Once they get back to their position the next person can go.

A ball can be introduced for the running player if desired.
