Fettucine with Watercress Pesto

  • 175g Fettucine
  • 60g Watercress
  • 50g Walnuts (chopped)
  • 20g Parmesan
  • 50ml Extra Fine Olive Oil
  • ½ Garlic Glove

Preparation
  1. Prepare the fettucine as directed on the packet.
  2. Blend together half the walnuts, the watercress and the garlic.
  3. Pour the olive oil into the mixture created in step 2.
  4. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and stir in the pesto and remaining walnuts.
  5. Combine the pasta with the walnut, watercress and garlic assortment, then place it all into a dish and serve.
  6. This meal can also be accompanied by bread and a side salad, adjust nutritional values accordingly.
