Sessions: Technical Coaching


Technical coaching sessions are technique orientated sessions that are conducted in an unopposed environment. Therefore, player's gain an understanding of how they should complete each technique before they are exposed to opposition and placed in pressurised situations. Football at its simplest.

2 v GK Finishing : Exercise to improve a players ability to control and score, in a partnership, when the ball is delivered from a number of different angles.

Directional Passing : Exercise to improve a pass and support in a given direction. In this scenario the passing is always aimed forward.
