25 and 6 Second Intervals : Quite an intensive session based on the ratio of sprinting to jogging in a match situation.

Head from Floor : Exercise that places active player on the floor before they are expected to head a ball. Constantly regaining an upright position can make this exercise very intense.

Head from Floor in 3's : Similar to Head from Floor, but more servers so the active player works twice as hard.

Head Turn Sprint : A header is performed in between each sprint. The jumping, turning and accelerating involved within this exercise makes it a very intense workout.

Pass Shuttle Pass : A short shuttle is completed in between each pass. The intensity of this exercise is easily adaptable.

1-2 Turn Sprint : Repetitive shuttles that occur between passes. The involvement of the balls means players are unaware how hard they are working.
