Football coaching or soccer coaching assessments (depending on the global location of them) can be an extremely daunting, stressful and confusing time for coaches. This is because some candidates may find themselves disillusioned with what is expected of them, while others just require reiteration of what they already know. Regardless of the individual it is always reassuring to know you have access to a resource that can be used to provide assistance and guidance during such times. Coaches Colleague seeks to offer this support to candidates undertaking their coaching qualifications because we are well aware that, even though they would like to be, coach educators and course deliverers cannot be on hand 24 hours a day to help.
