Cooper Run – Examines the VO2max of an individual.
Dehydration – Easiest was to asses an individuals hydration levels.
Flexibility – Analyses the flexibility of an individual.
Illinois Agility Test - Qucik way to test your players agility levels.
Lung Capacity – Highlights how much air the lungs are capable of holding and distributing.
Multi-Stage Fitness Test (as known as the Bleep Test) – Tests aerobic capacity (VO2max).
Muscle Strength Test - Test to measure the strength in the desired group.
Power Test - Measures an individuals power output.
Queens Step Test – Focuses on the VO2max of an individual.
Repeated High Intensity - Measures an individuals rate of fatigue.
Resting Heart Rate – Highlights the strength of the heart.
Rockport Walk Test – Is used to analyse the VO2max of an individual.
Waist to Hip Ratio – Examines the body weight and composition of an individual.
