Ensuring Safety


Everybody wants to believe that they are behaving in a manner which is both appropriate and safe when dealing with children. Sometimes adults behave in a way that raises concerns for their own future as well as that of the children they are working with. People can make mistakes because they are ill informed or not adequately trained but when people keep behaving in a certain way even after being told it is inappropriate then the safety of the children must be considered. Nobody wants their child put at risk and every adult working with children should make every effort to ensure that they do not put themselves at risk either.
