Codes of Conduct for Football / Soccer

Everyone associated with the football club should behave in a responsible manner whenever representing the club. If they do not then your clubs reputation may become tarnished or worse still disciplinary action may be taken against you. To ensure everyone is fully aware of what is expected of them they should each be shown their relevant code of conducts. A code of conduct is basically a document to outline the expectations that are placed on the individuals.

Players Code of Conduct: Code of conduct devised to ensure that the player's behaviour and actions meet the standards expected by the club. View Code of Conduct

Club Officials Code of Conduct: Many of the people associated with the club will take the example set by the directors, staff and all other employees as the benchmark for their own behaviour. Therefore it is crucial that the officials associated with the club behave in the appropriate manner. View Code of Conduct

Spectators Code of Conduct: The reputation of a club can be created or destroyed on the basis of their spectators behaviour. It is also essential that visiting teams and match officials do not feel violently intimidated by the spectators behaviour. Parents Code of Conduct: Parents of younger players can be direct role models to their own children and the children of others. Therefore it is essential that they behave in an acceptable manner so that the children do not pick up the wrong habits, opinions or behaviour. View Code of Conduct

Complaints Procedure: At times an individual within the club may feel that they have a complete that they wish to pursure. When situations occur it is imperative that all the parties involved understand exactly what the procedure will be. View Procedure
